Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

AOKA accepts returns within 14 days of receipt for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To begin a return, please email [contact@aokaofficial.com] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide instructions for sending your item back.

AOKA covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For all other reasons — such as sizing or preference — customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

WARRANTY POLICY

All AOKA products come with a 60-day limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as faulty stitching, abnormal material breakdown, or premature padding failure.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, purchases from unauthorized sellers, or items without proof of purchase.

To file a warranty claim, email [contact@aokaofficial.com] with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description. In some cases, the item may need to be returned for inspection. If your claim is approved, AOKA may repair, replace, or substitute the item. If the original product is discontinued, a comparable replacement will be provided. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

For hygiene reasons, gloves, hand wraps, and mouthguards cannot be returned once opened or used.

AOKA reserves the right to cancel or correct orders in the event of pricing or listing errors.
